About Trevaylor Campsite
Trevaylor is located in the beautiful West Penwith area of Cornwall, close to Land’s End, Sennen Cove and St Ives. We are situated on the edge of a UNESCO World Heritage site with Botallack and its unique historic Cornish mining landscape.
The famous Crown Mines and the South West Coast Path just a short walk away. Here at this Cornish campsite we welcome people from every walk of life, from all four corners of the earth, so to speak. Once here ………………………… there is so much to explore.
When you come to Trevaylor a warm welcome awaits you at this friendly family run site. Our touring fields are pet friendly (please see our ‘dogs‘ page) and set over 4 acres of sheltered paddocks providing you with the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have around 60 reasonably level grass pitches in a range of 3 sizes suitable for backpackers, tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes, we also hire bell tents. Or you can choose to stay in one of our six well-equipped static caravans. or our small annexe cottage.
Trevaylor is the popular choice for backpacking, ramblers, climbers and of course, intrepid John ‘o’ Groats to Land’s End adventurers! We are ideally situated for birdwatching, photography, geocaching, walking the coastal path and cycling – both on and off road or revelling in one of our many local arts festivals. Whilst basing yourself at Trevaylor you can also enjoy surfing, horse riding, sea kayaking, orienteering, potholing, coastering or just immerse yourself in the multitude of historic sites of interest this Peninsula has to offer.
Apart from all the favourite little towns and villages like Mousehole, St Ives and Penzance we also have some of the most magnificent beaches and coves in Cornwall. There are an abundance of gardens to visit – ranging from intimate to grand and a plethora of art galleries to satisfy even the most the insatiable of appetites … And of course a sumptuous choice of eating establishments – to tempt you after a hard day’s play – or a simple do nothing day. Bring yourself, bring the family, bring a friend, bring the dog – there’s something for everyone!
