Trevaylor  Camping and Touring Park is open from (March to November) and is set in a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty  situated close to the ancient coastal landscape and tin mining heritage of west cornwall. Within half a mile are the rugged cliffs and the wild atlantic ocean, a few yards further is the famous Botallack Crowns tin mines, and only a short distance away is the fabulous long golden sandy beach of Sennen cove which boasts the cleanest waters in the UK as well as the most consistent waves making it a surfing paradise for all.  

There is an hourly bus service to Penzance ( 6 miles ) and St Ives ( 10 miles ), which stops at the entrance to the campsite. Also, the open top bus runs directtly to St Ives taking the scenic route . The ancient village of St Just is less than one mile away where you can, if you wish, browse around the galleries and craft shops giving you an insight into the history of the area.



Bosigran cliffs


Because it is just off the beaten track, the Western Tip of Cornwall and it's  breathtaking scenery offers a special benefit-an aura of peace and tranquillity that is hard to find nowadays, yet the excitement and entertainment can be found nearby for those who seek it. Places of interest and beauty, such as Moushole, Newlyn harbour, Lands End, St Ives, Cape Cornwall, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno beach,and also Lamorna Cove, 5 beaches in the area (including Sennen cove) have won the internationally recognised blue flag award for cleanliness.

St Just is the main centre of the Penwith district of Cornwall where our campsite is based. It was one of the most important mining districts in Cornwall for copper and tin. Today, St Just has a thriving arts scene, with the yearly Lafrowda festival, a celebration of community and local art.

Also the spectacular Minack Open Air Theatre which is carved out of the rock, and where you can enjoy an afternoon or an evening play,Penzance and many other tourist attractions are all within easy reach. From Penzance, it is also possible to visit the isles of Scilly via helicopter or boat.

From Lands End, it is also possible to fly to the Isles of Scilly. Known for its natural beauty, the Isles of Scilly has been synonymous with agriculture.

Tregeseal stone circle

There are many archaeological sites around the area. Tregeseal stone circle also known as the 'Dancing Stones' or 'Nine maidens' is approximately a one and a half mile walk away from the park.
